Where to Go

As you review the below information to prepare for your lesson, if you are unfamiliar with the resort visit our Getting Here and Parking.


Step 1
Resort Arrival
  • On weekends, holidays, and heavy snow days our parking lots fill early.
  • Aim for an 8:00am arrival for the best parking opportunities and a more relaxing start to your experience if you are taking a 9am lesson.
  • If you are getting rentals for your lesson please arrive in rentals one hour before your lesson start time.
    • Weekends and Holidays go directly to the Ski and Snowboard School Rentals.
    • If you are getting rentals more than 2 hours before you lesson time please go to the regular rental shop.
Step 2
Lesson Check-In
  • Go directly to the Ski and Snowboard School sales office to check-in for your lesson packet. If you have purchased rentals your form will be included with your packet.
  • If your child requires rental equipment. arrive at least 60 minutes prior to lesson start time.
  • If you are bringing your own equipment, arrive 45 minutes prior to lesson start time.
  • All lessons require a valid lift ticket or season pass to participate.
Step 3
Lesson Drop-Off
  • Parents must stay with your child until the check-in procedure is complete, their gear is on and they have been connected with their instructor.
  • Confirm pick-up location and time with your instructor prior to leaving the area.
  • Please be sure your child has access to the restroom prior to drop-off to maximize lesson time.

 

Picking Up Your Child

Arrive for a timely pick-up of your child. Children will only be released to a designated adult and photo identification is required upon pick-up. Pick-up time details can be subject to change.

Equipment
  • If you are renting equipment from the resort, please allow 60 minutes for equipment fitting.
  • On Weekends and Holidays Ski and Snowboard School has it's own rental shop to aid in your speedy arrival on snow. It is located on the ground floor next to the lesson check-in.
  • If you are picking up rentals on weekdays or more than 2 hours before your lesson time please see the Rental Shop located directly across from the Ski and Snowboard School Office.
    • If you are bringing your own equipment skip this step.
Step 3
Lesson Check-In
  • Go directly to the Ski and Snowboard School office to check in for you lesson packet. If you have purchased rentals your form will be included with your packet.
  • All lessons require a valid lift ticket or season pass to participate. These can be purchased here, or picked up here if pre-purchased.
  • Arrive at the lessons check-in area 15 minutes before your lesson start time with your ski/snowboard equipment and ticket in hand to allow time for check-in, guest experience support as needed, and meeting your instructor.
