Pirates Riglet Park
The Pirates Riglet Park is designed to introduce children as young as 3 to snowboarding, with an overall design, look and feel of a baseball field! Inside the park there is a diverse selection of fun features:
|
Students in the Riglet Park program will begin their adventure in the Pirates Locker Room area of the Tiny Tots’ Snowboard School, where they will be issued their own locker, a Pirates helmet and vest. After a team meeting, the coaches load the kids onto the Pirates ship on which they will be whisked to the park to begin their lesson.
Lesson programs in the Riglet Park will combine Burton’s industry-leading Learn To Ride equipment, teaching methods and Burton’s Riglet Reel, a specially designed reel attached to the nose of youth snowboards. Thanks to the Riglet Reel, coaches can tow kids on their snowboards so they quickly learn how to balance, move and control their boards. Riglet Reel technology combined with Burton’s Riglet Park and Learn To Ride boards, boots, and bindings enhance and expedite the snowboarding process. You must be enrolled in a Riglet Park Lesson to access the park.
