Helen's Wild Turkey Bourbon Dinner

In honor of The Original Wild Turkey Bourbon Shoot, Seven Springs is pleased to present Helen's Wild Turkey Dinner, Friday, August 21!
A straight bourbon whisky, Wild Turkey is distilled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. In 1940, a distillery executive took some warehouse samples on a wild turkey hunting trip. The next year his friends asked him for "some of that wild turkey whiskey," and a brand was born! Chef Jeff had a great time creating this menu and thinks it is one of his most creative yet. Wild Turkey Master Distiller Jimmy Russell will also be attending and will share with us the intricacies of these bourbons.
Due to anticipated high demand and limited seating, reservations are required and may be made by calling (800) 452-2223, ext. 7827 or 7780*. This event is priced at $101 per person and includes all taxes and gratuities.
